Photo Manipulation Inspirations

 

Brandon Woelfel

For the Soft Bokeh look of the images, my inspiration was the photographer Brandon Woelfel. He is a New York based photographer who uses his camera settings as well as photoshop to incorporate the extreme bokeh aesthetic into his work.

His work uses lights from the backgrounds of his images while my take on it was to just create the artificial bokeh factor.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sarah Shakeel

Sarah Shakeel is a graphic artist who incorporates Swarovski crystals into her work. She mainly works with photo-manipulation and making ordinary images shine.

Her influence in my work can be seen through the incorporation of diamonds into some of the images.
